If, after you have accepted delivery, you are not happy with what you ordered (e.g. you are not happy with the color or size), and wish to return the product, you may do so. You have a right to cancel your order within 90 days of receiving the product and all items should be returned in a saleable condition. Where goods are not being returned due to their being faulty (or quality related issue), you will be required to meet the cost of direct transport, return of the product to us.
To facilitate your return of the products we ask that you use the (a) Return Materials Authorization ("RMA"). The RMA comprises a RMA label and a RMA number. The RMA helps us to properly process your return (by referring to your RMA number). To obtain your RMA:
(a) If you are a registered customer, please log into your account. A RMA number can be requested next to the order details within 90 days after the delivery;
(b) If you're not a registered customer, then please go to the Return Policy page at the bottom of the website you ordered from and fill in your order number and the billing last name, as per your order confirmation. Your order details will then show, after which you can select the products you want to return.
(c) After placing the return you'll receive a RMA label. Please send the items back using this RMA (return) label
(d) When the returned items have been received by us we will refund you in full the purchase costs and the original shipping costs. The refund will be within 30 days of your cancellation of the purchase.
Defective Products
Products should be checked upon delivery. If it appears that the products, at the time of delivery, are damaged or otherwise show material or manufacturing defects, please contact us per telephone or email to inform us of the details. In these circumstances, we will of course refund your purchase costs, original delivery costs and any costs you may incur in returning the purchase to us, or if you prefer we will provide replacement products. If you have any concerns or questions please don't hesitate to contact the customer service.
Refund Policy
After you have accepted products, if you are not happy with that, and wish to return the product, you may do so. You can check Return and Exchange Policy and deliver products to us. You may return goods and receive a full refund providing that the goods have not been worn, damaged, washed or altered. Please note we cannot refund items of which you have not taken reasonable care. Please note that you will be required to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us, in the case of a refund, we will refund the value of the goods only. All refunds will be in the same form as the original payment. When the returned items have been received by us, we will refund you in full the purchase costs and the original shipping costs. The refund will be within 30 days of your cancellation of the purchase.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any damage as a result of any delay or failure to deliver due to any act of God, act of yours, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request, fire, accident, power outage, strike, slowdown or other labor difficulties, war, riot, act of terrorism, delay in transportation, defaults of common carriers, inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or manufacturing facilities or, without limiting the foregoing, any other delays beyond our control. In the event of any such delay the approximate indicated date of delivery shall be extended for a period equal to the time lost because of the delay. Your exclusive remedy for other delays and for our inability to deliver for any reason, shall be cancellation of your order for such products upon provision to us of written notice to that effect.
